Compatibility between all hardware or software products is not guaranteed. No refund/replacement will be available for incompatibility problem

It is customers own responsibility to ensure compatibility issues between all hardware and software to be resolved prior to ordering.

Stealthtech has limited information regarding compatibility so customers are encouraged to do their own research first.
Stealthtech will only make recommendations and compatibility guarantee commitment in writing, thus customers is required to make a formal request for this in writing or by email.

It is generally recommended to purchase products made by the same manufacturer to ensure more compatibilities.

Any product sold by Stealthtech is meant to be professionally installed; improper installation is NOT covered under warranty. Please seek professional assistance if required, to avoid paying unnecessary cost for replacement.

All products sold by Stealthtech carries a minimum 12 months return to base manufacturer warranty. Some product offers extended limited warranty which customer may be required to register the product warranty with the manufacturers.
Stealthtech warranty term is based on the manufacturers warranty terms and conditions. Stealthtech will process all warranty claims with manufacturer on behalf of customers.

Stealthtech do not handle warranty returns for products that already provides a direct manufacturer to customer warranty service. These products include printers, scanners and monitors and many other retail products. Read your warranty terms for specific details.

Products returned for warranty claim will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturers. No financial refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Products in warranty which has been discontinued by manufacturer shall be upgraded to similar product or a credit will be given at the current market value or purchase price whichever is lower, less our restocking fee.
A proof of purchase, a copy of the original receipt and a detailed fault description is required to be sent together with the product sent for warranty claim.

Warranty is provided solely on products sold by Stealthtech. Other faulty products used in conjunction that is not purchased from Stealthtech will not be covered under warranty.

All shipping charges to and from Stealthtech incurred in a warranty claim are at the expense of the customer. We only handle the costs for sending warranty from Stealthtech to our suppliers.

Warranty must be properly packaged in the condition acceptable by the vendor. (Please provide original packaging if possible or adequate safe packaging as insufficient safe packaging will result in warranty being voided)

A large percentage of warranty returned to us are tested to be, no fault found, in this event, Stealthtech reserve the right to charge a labor fee of $50 for time spent examining goods where no fault has been found.


Warranty will be voided for non manufacturing defect, if its found to be mishandled, modified, tampered, abused, physically damaged, improperly installed or used, or caused by power surged/electrical faults/lightning strike.

Product returned which shows evidence of user induced damage, overclocking or modification, will be denied. This includes improper installation of cpu heatsink, scratches on motherboard, removal of fan/heatsink, cutting of cables, soldering components,

Stealthtech has a 7 days DOA (Dead on Arrival) period, whereby if a product is found to be DOA, we will provide instant replacement, this will be subjected to our testing before approval. Shipping back DOA goods to you will be at our own cost.

Stealthtech is not responsible for any data loss, backing up of data is the responsibility of customer, and we do not provide a backup service or data recovery when sending hard disk for warranty claim to manufacturer.

Customer must first fill in the warranty return form, our RA form is available online, we aim to reduce the number of returns by providing email based technical supports which often solved most problems.

Turnaround time for warranty returns may depend on the availability of the replacement product from manufacturer/distributors. The process of warranty return involves the shipping of warranty to Stealthtech, the time it takes for us to test the products, filing of warranty request to our suppliers and waiting for the approval, the shipping of warranty to our supplier and supplier’s own testing, if there is replacement stock then it’ll be shipped to us, otherwise there will be further delay in coming back to us.

Stealthtech will not be responsible to keep any warranty returns sent to Stealthtech that is unclaimed or has not been picked up for any longer than 3 months.

Stealthtech applies a warranty sticker, attached to the back of the case in every system built.
